Where are you located?
Our farm is located at 494 Sumas Way, Abbotsford, BC, nearby the Abbotsford Costco.
What are your hours of operation?
Our gate is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. For safety, we close the gate at night.
You can exit at any time by pressing the button inside the gate, but re-entry is not guaranteed without prior arrangement.
If you plan to leave and return after hours, please contact us directly—we’ll provide you with our contact number.
When is check-in and check-out?
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Check-in: 3:00 PM
Can I check in early?
Yes! Early check-in is available if no one is using the camper van the night before your stay. Please contact us in advance to confirm availability.
Can I check out late?
Sure. If no one else is scheduled to use the camper after you. Let us know, and we’ll accommodate you.
What is your cancellation policy?
All bookings are final and non-refundable.
However, you may reschedule your stay up to 3 days before your arrival date. After that point, rescheduling is not available.
You’ll receive a rescheduling link in your confirmation email.
What if the border line-up is large? How can I reach you?
You can take the NEXUS lane and turn off onto our property before reaching the border. Don’t worry—you won’t cross the border if you take the correct turn!
Are there bugs and animals on the property?
Yes, we’re on a working farm, so you may see a variety of wildlife, including friendly critters, eagles, and non-venomous snakes. Nature is part of the experience!
Where can I charge my phone?
Most campers come with a charging port. We also have a charging station at the front of the property for your convenience. We recommend bringing a power bank as well.
What are the terms and conditions for staying on your property?
I ask to be respectful to my property and neighbours and use common sense when staying here.
Do you have restroom facilities?
Yes, we have a porta-potty with a handwashing and dishwashing station near the camper vans.
For a more traditional experience, we have an indoor restroom with a hot shower at the front of the property.
What does your farm look like?
Our farm is in the process of development, and while it may not look perfect yet, it holds a lot of potential!
We appreciate your patience as we work on upgrades to improve the property. Your support directly benefits both the property and the farmers on-site.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we love all animals and welcome pets on the farm.
What amenities are provided in the camper vans?
Please refer to each camper van listing for details on what amenities are included, as they may vary.
Is there a place to cook or have a campfire?
Yes, each site is equipped with cooking equipment and have a private fire pit for campfires.
Is Wi-Fi available on the property?
No, Wi-Fi is not available in the camper vans. Since you’re at the back of the farm, this is a chance to disconnect and enjoy an “off-the-grid” experience.
Data connection is great.
What activities are available on the farm?
There’s plenty to do within walking and driving distance!
You can explore the longest unprotected border in the world, enjoy a walk around the farm, or cross into Sumas, USA, for a unique experience.

Are there quiet hours on the property?
Yes, quiet hours are observed after 11:00 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
What should I bring?
We provide most essentials, but please refer to each listing for specific details on what to bring to make your stay comfortable.
How accessible is the farm?
It’s a short, two-minute walk to the back of the farm from the front parking area. Note that it is not wheelchair accessible due to the dirt pathways.
Are campfires allowed year-round?
Yes, campfires are permitted all year, provided there is no fire ban in effect.
Is there parking available?
Yes, parking is available at the front of the property. Guests will need to walk approximately two minutes to reach their camping site.
Is drinking water provided?
Not at this time. We recommend bringing your own water for drinking and cooking.
Do you allow additional guests?
There’s no strict limit on the number of people per site (within reason). We ask that guests be mindful of noise and space limitations.
Is there a security deposit required?
Yes, a $150 security deposit is required. Please add it separately to your cart when checking out.
What’s the process for firewood?
Firewood is free for winter. Guests are responsible for collecting and transporting it to their site.
